I have a tatkal eticket. Even after the chart preparation, the ticket is not confirmed. Will I get any refund if I cancel the ticket now? (The train has not departed yet)
Another question. Whether a current reservation ticket needs to be booked from the originating station of the train or it can be book from any station?
Please Help.
