Journey aboard Neelachal on 08 Oct from KGP to LKO.
Train arrives KGP two hrs late (Ntes showed arrival at 1815 when the train actually came at 1845 hrs ). The coach was a 1994 made SL class. Pretty stingy inside. We were two guys travelling on 1 upper berth which made things worse. The coach was full people sitting on floors and stuff (one guy even gulped a shot of alcohol in the train). At kgp we xinged with Chennai Haldia Exp and Howrah Mumbai Duronto. Kharagpur's building was decorated with lights in anticipation of Durga Puja. xinged with 4 hrs late Sealdah bound Duronto and 16 hrs late Howrah bound Punjab Mail. Since our train was late we trailed the crawler BSB DDN Exp all the way(at Varanasi we xinged with the legendary Kashi Viswanath Exp which was 4hrs late). At PBH our train stopped at platform 1 with 2 coaches lying on the main line!(guess the platforms are too small ). The train was pretty empty by this side with easy access to footplating. Reached Lucknow 4 hrs late.
