First of all stop thinking that most of the people belonging to Rajasthan lives in GGN or nearby DEC area..

am also a frequent traveller of DEC to GADJ.. and i knw very well whats the difference between Air and Rail Travel.. as i had travelled in flight earlier also by paying 4000 due to some exigency.. and today i saw its Rs. 800 aprx.. lesser than rail fare.. then compared it.. so whats useless in this..
if fares of flights are lower than rail fare.. than in general anyone would prefer to travel by air.. even for short distance.. of 300-350 kms..
Beacuse whatever logics like check-in, luggage collection time u may give but still travel time will always reasonably lesser than rail travel time.. rail also dont come on ur door step to pick u up and drop at ur final destination.. and hahahhaha i cant stop me laughing on ur logic that check in and check out are big discomfort.. so what is comfort for u.. taking ur luggage on PF and than wait for train and if someone dont knw much about railways.. he must not be knowing about his coach position on PF.. so when train comes start running and search fr ur coach with ur luggage.. and when u find ur coach then.. push n pull for entering coach with other paxs.. and then adjust ur luggage in coach.. ohhh someone has already occupied ur luggage space.. ohh no.. wht to do now.. then again do some adjustments.. one more thing all trains dont come on first or last PF of any station.. so use stairs nd carry ur luggage from one PF to another.. and after reaching destination station, for exiting station premises.. use FOB stairs which is mostly required at big stations as escaltors are still very meagre even at big stations.. and carry luggage up stair down stair.. and finally u got out of the station..
And for air travel just deposit ur luggage at boarding counter and collect it after reaching ur destination from conveyor belt.. so which one is more comfortable or discomfortable???
Any individual opt for a particular/or changes his mode of travelling due to various factors such as FARE, TRAVEL TIME, CONNECTIVITY of Airport or Station & FACILTIES PROVIDED etc..
So amongst above mentioned factors whichever suites him/her better.. he or she will choose..
SO DONT TAKE UR OWN suitability EXAMPLE AS A BASE OF SAYING SOMEONE THOUGHTS/ASSESSEMNT USELESS..
