I found there are lots of train of NR, NER and ER Regions running with LHB coaches . But WR, SWR Regions I have not seen any train with LHB coaches. Is there any reason for not alloting WR and SWR trains to LHB coaches?

NR 14 LHB trains(non Raj/Duronto/Shatabdi),
NER 3 trains in every manner,
ECR 8 trains(excluding Pnbe Raj)
WR 9 trains (non Raj/Duronto/Shatabdi)
SWR 4 trains(non Raj/Duronto/Shatabdi)

way I see NR is at top while NER looks at bottom but I doubt there is any scarcity of LHB trains in WR and SWR.(with Raj and Shatabdis they are far ahead of other zones except NR of course which is the boss)
