seems somebody wrote "ਨ੍ਯੂ ਡੇਲੀ" in Punjabi below red sentence.
They've added names in Punjabi to all stations of Delhi but the move came after the board was already made, hence it looks out of place.
They have written it as such, like people care about it. I myself being a punjabi feels the language is being disrespected here in the way its written, just to follow the order.
