Guys, is the Sankaridurg stop of any use for 12677/78? I feel, this stop could be removed, thereby saving around 5-10 minutes. Views appreciated.

I recently travelled twice in 12678. Hardly anyone boarded the train. Though its just a 1-min halt, time is lost due to slowdown as the train approaches station and then pickup after halt than moving through the mainline
