Always be careful while booking tickets from agents....there has been a lot of cases where the agents cancel the tickets just before preparation of the charts......these petty agents get 50% of their money back but the passengers face a lot of trouble du ring the journey..the snapshot of the news has been attached here....

These agents are a bunch of looters eitherways. Taking tickets by unauthorized agents is illegal eitherways.
