Saw a ndls bound train with WAP-4 arriving at Pf no.5 of ALIGARH JN ALJN on 12/10/16 around 22:00 hrs.....
I saw that pf no.3 was vacant bt still train arrived at pf 5 newly made platform....bt it should have been inaugurated first then trains would have made to arrive on that bt they are allowing trains to arrive there..... strange!!!!
