from GGN to DEC u r covering 17 kms in 18 Mints and again with 65 speed for PNP which is quiet impossible. when u r giving only one halt in Delhi u have to add slac for 18 KM with 35-40 Mints and give official halt time for 15-20 Mints. as we have to remember it is National Capital. Not a ordinary passing station. or completely skip DEC.
