Grievance Description : Train 12297 Ahmedabad Pune Duronto has been given commercial stop at Vasai Road station wef October 1 2016. Still I am not able to book ticket from ADI to BSR on 30/10/2016 thru irctc and prs counter both Error coming : booking/ cancellation not allowed for given pair of station Please resolve.
