I know that this is the longest running everyday train of the country but then still some standard has to be maintained. First of all the keralites treat train as a local train and harass the out-state passengers especially the north indians. They enter reserved copmpartments and don't let the passengers to whom the seat is actually entitled to and others who are travelling outside the state on an unconfirmed ticket just enter any compartment and cause problems to other passengers. The cockroaches are another bright star of this train.
