Yes obviously it has to be a loco failure. If it was halted for OT, halt would be for max 1 hr as happens frequently with GR. Why would it be halted for 2 hours more even after all other rajdhanis have OT it?

But kuch logo ko bahana chahiye rnc rajdhani ko nicha dikhane ke lie..
Chalo manta hu ki isko hwh rajdhani ya phir sdah rajdhani jaise priority nhi milti lekin itni buri v nahi ki bina kisi reason ke koi dusri rajdhani isko overtake kare..

Priority Sab Raj ko Equal hai Aise comparisons mujhe khud pasand nhi ki usko Jyada Priority hai Usko kam priority hai !
I did not bash at anything. For me 12440 was the first RAJDHANI train in which I travelled from ndls to rnc four years back. And in winter when ever I have to go home I prefer this train bcos it departs rt from ndls when other trains are running late due to fog
Reason: the racks arrive at ndls one day before. So this train finds a spl respect in my heart. Moreover it has gnwl quota upto kqr in up direction so cnf chances are very high
