Try to board JB either in VSKP or SC and travel to BZA .. u will know the diff ..
Again saying, what you are showing is true, nothing to deny the fact. But what I and other bloggers are saying is, to run a correct type of train at correct time. We need to consider which class of people are traveling in a given section. We are talking about people for whom, taking 230Rs GS ticket matters a lot. We are not asking to run Shatabdhi, Garibrath, Duronto, AC SF etc. we are talking about an intercity kind of connectivity for the sake of this section of people.
U take any ICE (brundavan, lalbagh, Kovai, etc) they will be empty .. but very difficult to board ..
