Running the rake with HOG requires some modifications in the electrical components in the generator car and each coach. IR is in the process of modifying the rakes one by one to enable HOG. In the first schedule, the high priority Raj/Duronto's have been chosen for modification.
No possibility for non-LHB ones like Kalka mail getting HOG, as they don't need HOG or EOG to run. They are self-generating rakes.
