When we book from Howrah to Cuttack we get ticket,
but when we book from Howrah to Bhubaneswar it always displays NOT AVALIABLE why?
Bhubaneswar is the capital to Orissa how can it be that reservation is not allowed for this pair of station

Yes Jitesh that we know but i am talking about sleeper class and how come its not avaliable for the state capital
there are other trains from chennai to bbs. so you can try them. those trains dont have quota for khurda and other stations. thats how railways does the balancing act.
