In Vijayawada railway station, TTEs are collecting fine from passengers with unreserved tickets travelling in suvidha trains, by saying that it requires special fare for even unreserved class. But not giving any receipts.
Maybe they are not collecting the full fare then. Usually TTE just collect small fines without giving receipts and that money goes in their pockets.
BZA division set a target of R's 2 lac to each TTE every month.
