Now IR is going to have CCTV, GPS,TEA & COFFEE MAKING MACHINE in AC 3 tier coaches..it will be deployed as part of HUMSAFAR service having only AC 3 tier coaches..it will operate between DELHI and GORAKHPUR..!

FYI Indian Railway is not for state its for whole India thats why I m saying two official languages of India, as I said above Regional language is only for state/region etc...
Hindi and English are official only for Parliamentary proceedings and Judiciary/administrative interactions between the state and the center. For any other activity, all of the 22 languages recognized as official languages by the constitution ( and English ) are equal and the individual or the organization is free to choose which language to use. Usually languages officially recognized by individual states are given priority over others. It all depends on what IR decides to use. They can choose to have announcements in any of the constitutional official languages recognized by the states to which the terminals of the train belong.

Its common that English and Hindi is main languages even u went to Mumbai vaha b English hindi aur marathi me announced krte h, ab telgu ko punjab me announced kroge to sb upar se jayga but punjab me b english hindi aur punjabi use hui, its simple that English aur hindi hi main language h aur govt ne usse preference dia h, regional language sirf region k log samjhte h har koi nhi, but most of the work in India is done in Hindi and English...
