Lol who said you GKP is a small town and cannot fulfill humsafar with pax have you seen the AC spl patronage this Diwali for GKP. FYKI that AC spl fare was even higher than Humsafar inspite of that train ran with WL in every run. Passenger trains are to facilitate intermediate passengers not those travel end to end consuming half of their day to reach 330km
