Detach: SRC/WAP-4

First of all, kindly don't make multiple or duplicate entries.
And 2ndly, you don't need to detach SRC P-4 if you want to add VSKP P-4 here. Both loco will remain side by side. Detach SRC P-4 only when it becomes offlink or almost irregular. I hope, you have got my point.
