They should first and foremost, fire the Aryan Industries to whom this contract is given. Heck, if I were the RM, I had go to the DRM and say to him, "In 30 days, if LKO NR isn't the cleanest station in India, find yourself another job". Unless pressure is applied from above, nothing happens here.
Heck, just see the LJN NER adjacent to it. No cesspools in the tracks, minimal animals and platforms are cleaned regularly.
