An Incident happened today, 15 Nov 16 at Bina Jn .
12647 Kongu Exp arrived at Bina, the GRP guy was checking the coaches and he found a mobile phone at charging near door probably in S6. He shouted many times in coach but no one replied, may be the owner was from another coach (as we do generally, we cross 3 to 4 coaches in search of CP.)

was a passenger near the door but he also didnt said anything. He told this on walkie talkie and reply came to leave tge phone there itself. It was cops' greed or duty but he took the phone out and got down as train departed after telling the few passenger to ask the owner to collect it from.GRP office Bina.
