Forget LHB, even if CBC ICF coaches were provided, the casualties would have reduced significantly! And CBC couplings can be added to coaches after manufacturing too, at any of the coaching workshops. If IR is facing problems with deployment of LHB stock, at least they should convert existing ICF stock to CBC style! IT will improve safety standards significantly!!
