Don't say wastage. Two days back we saw how much could have been saved if INDB-RJPB express would have been LHB rakes.
Its high time to totally shell out the ICF rakes away and give LHB to ALL trains irrespective of zone,SPEED,route etc.

but prabhu has increased production of LHB coaches unlike his predecessors. The bullet train project doesnt affect LHB production in anyway and its not a priority for railways , at least right now. By the time bullet train project starts, if at all, all trains will be LHB. Infact its under prabhu that many normal expresses are getting LHB which was limited to premium trains earlier.
