Some of reasons I've got to know from news about derailment
1) Suddenly emergency brakes applied by lp so the coaches banged into one another (not very true)
2) Fractures in the rails due to cold ( very true)
3) Done knowingly साजिश के तहत

My theory on this accident is that.......that maybe the fault was of not of track......maybe the coach S1 was very old and not maintained for long time.....hence maybe the problem could be that the wheels of S1 coach got jammed.. ......or liitle bit jammed due to the variance of air brakes pressure on that bogie because it is a old coach it could have problem of the maintaining pressure on brakes......and when the loco pilot heard or felt the jerks ..and he apllied brakes......then the s1 coach wheels coach got completely jammed and therefore the s2 coach got top of that coach... if you notice the coach in front of s1 and back s1 were severly damaged...and the rest of the coaches did not suffer much....so my conclusion would be that problem was with the S1 coach....... the s1 made coach number was 952608...so basically it was made in 1995...
so that much old coach.....so you could imagine for how long that coach was in service....railways should dismantle old coaches ....and should use new coaches....
