Who will be taking MORAL responsibility for accident and death of 145 innocent passengers?

Resigning or sacking is not the option brother... There is a need of serious changes in which we plan, maintain and operate... i still feel we go by conventional methods... Engineers and experts need to get the free charge in terms of decision making, executing and taking action else these issue will prevail forever...
Friend, The concept of moral responsibility is an emotional one and not scientific one. Resignation on moral grounds is just making oneself a escape goat, and as a result the root cause of accident shall never get eliminated. The new RM shall not be able to stop the accidents.
The person actually responsible for accident need to be penalised, so that there is a fear against committing mistakes and there is no place for carelessness in working.
