trains coming into BSB from ALY/GCT side wait for lomger duration at Manduadih/Varanasi City sometimes to the extent of hours just for PF availability.
Trains from ALD can still use the Janghai Bhadohi line via Phaphamau, Prayag to come into BSB avoiding the Manduadih bottleneck. is it right manduadih is bottleneck whats ur opinion

Very rare cases non availability of PFs at BSB for these side trains. Because of BCY side come mostly NER Trains for PF 1,2,3 and MUV side come trains mostly for enter in NER Zone for same PFs. And other for NR route train available from 4 to 9 PFs and if train comes with ur suggest route then the same issues shall be exist because then train stops at outer of BSB.
