AmravatiSuperfast~ 598 blog postsI don't know why the P-7 was giving a heavy jerk to coaches. Whenever the train got pulled or being stopped, it had to have a jerk. Is it due to hybrid-LHB?

All LHB coaches have CBC coupling...Also some of ICF coaches have CBC coupling, you can identify it by a Yellow band running along the edge of the coaches.
Jerk might be the problem of coach coupling. I don't consider any effect of P-7 here. It is advised by Railway to LP that they should start the train in very little jerk otherwise the coupling may demage.
Screw Coupling...You can check google for it you can images about both Screw & CBC to see the difference & detailed info...
