i think it is typo error, it would be "30", but he typed "39", "0" is just after "9" in keyboard.
till now only 3 km doubling finished, Bermo-jarangdih.
from Ranchi Road to Barkakana is 9km. finishing 9km will take another 3 and half years.

will surely get late , ir never follow deadline.. for 50 oddkm #doubling they will take minimum 4 years...
