i have booked my ticket a months ago through credit card but due to some reasons i have cancelled my credit card now which is not active...now i have to cancel my ticket the issue is for refund can any one help how can i get my refund?

IMO, You will have to contact the credit card issuing bank. IR will not credit the payment to any other card/account.
