Yes !!! i faced the same situation while travelling in 12301 up from Howrah to New Delhi. It was already announcing that the train was running late by 8 hrs but sorry to say that the staff were not at all ready for lunch . We are served lunch around 3:30 pm after crossing etawa....I thing railway should make themself prepared for this type of situations....
