11AM slot has too many trains. Seshadri, YPR HWH Duronto, Mumbai-Nagercoil express and also maintenance slots may not be free in the night as PM for Lalbagh, ICE, Shatabdi and Sangha have to be done overnight.
They might use Anga slot in the afternoon.
