I have Confirmed tatkal ticket of today's departure, but train will depart tomorrow at 9AM. I want to cancel my plan now. What should I do?

yes u can claim your full refund since train is running/rescheduled >3hrs late
Should I cancel now, or after chart preparation? Its an E Ticket
file TDR online after chart preparation,since then it shows delayed>3hrs then u will get full refund,now u may not get full refund
wait till chart gets prepared.
