Everyone has their view my view is for people of Visakhapatnam who stay in tata and rourkela for which this special is bought to clear rush who are not able to get tickets in regular tata allepy express. I agree with u that the barbil section or interior regions of odisha are not connected. IR should introduce a day train thrice from puri/BBS to tata rourkela with GS via this line so that its most useful for locals. My belief and concept after laying a new line is to connect the line with day trains to nearest railhead/city of that as state with daily trains and then go for SPL or long distance trains weekly trains.
