Even a big city like Nagpur does not have a shatabdi connection inspite of having large population centers within 7 hrs journey, shatabdi from GHY with no major population center within 7 hr journey is a guaranted flop. But such trains can not be ruled out as, IR which operated acDD train for more than a year with only 30-40 daily paxs, can operate GHY-Naharlagun shatabdi with 30-40 paxs also.
