Gitanjali is a train known for its speed and punctuality despite the rather high number of halts between Bhusaval and Jharsuguda. The tickets in this get sold out very quickly and hence getting one is difficult. However, the Sleeper class coaches were as good as unreserved (I travelled from NGP to DURG). If you are travelling in AC then peace of mind is guaranteed but for Sleeper class, prefer Jnaneswari/Samarsata/Mumbai Weekly SF etc. ! (Based on personal experience)
