Suvidha has become a political/departmental tool to further harass paxs. There is no specific criteria where to introduce Suvidha and where to introduce normal fare train. Favoured public shall get normal fare train and an easy in it reservation too, where as not so lucky area/people shall be slapped with suvidha fare.
Last 70 years indicate no fair and prudent policies can be expected in IR. The only way left to improve rail services is to allow private sector to compete with IR.
