It's not possible my frnd. Any shatabdi or janshatabdi will have to return from destination station by night.
The distance is only 700 kms. If the train starts by morning 6 AM it will reach chennai at 2 PM and again if it starts from chennai at 3 PM and by 11 PM it can return to Secunderabad
This is a good proposal but will take years to materialize as the current infra may not be able to run those 700 kms in the time mentioned by you. Any comparison data from existing trains with running time between various stations is much appreciated
Excellent idea.. not possible at present. Current fastest train takes more than 12 hours.
By Guntur route it's 700kms for this u have to change loco. And by Warangal route its 780 kms. Just take Rajdhani Exp it takes 8:30 hrs time to reach Warangal with a single stop. From there 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for Secunderabad. Total 10 1/2 to 11 hrs for up journey and what about down journey. Ok let give 1/2 an hour for loco change. Total 22 1/2 hrs for reaching it's origin station. And what time left for maintenance.
