Is there any preference to PRS counter passengers over to e ticket passengers while confirming the seats. I have reserved by ac three tier by train no 22682-pnr 4230862215-mysore express-on 21.7.11-ex MAS - KJM - one confirmed at the time of booking itself but the other two two remained wl till end even PQWL 1 & 2- though i booked on 9 th July itself. Can anyone throw some light on this. Shall i seek information under RTI 2005. Pl guide me.
Nothing like your observation.PQ is intermediate or Pooled Quota some time have not so good chance for Cnf as it depends on same quota cancellations.
