Tirupati-Vasco Da Gama Express and Hyderabad-Vasco Da Gama Express Trains to be Introduced

more... two trains will commence on 29th December, 2016 with Shri Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu, Hon’ble Minister of Railways flagging off the inaugural service of Train No. 17419 Tirupati-Vasco Express on 29th December, 2016 at Tirupati.
Inaugural Train Services:
1. (a) Inaugural run of Tirupati-Vasco Da Gama Special Express Train:
Train No. 07419 Tirupati-Vasco Da Gama inaugural special train will depart Tirupati at 17:10 hrs on 29th December, 2016 (Thursday), arrive/depart Guntakal at 23:10/23:50 hrs and arrive Vasco Da Gama at 12:15 hrs on the next day.
(b) Hyderabad-Vasco Da Gama Special Express Train:
Train No. 07021 Hyderabad-Vasco Da Gama special train will depart Hyderabad at 15:00 hrs on 29th December, 2016 (Thursday), ), arrive/depart Guntakal at 23:00/23:50 hrs and arrive Vasco Da Gama at 12:15 hrs on the next day.
The two trains will amalgamate at Guntakal and run as one train to Vasco.
2. (a) Vasco Da Gama – Tirupati Special Express Train :
Train No.07420 Vasco-Da-Gama - Tirupati special train will depart Vasco-Da-Gama at 16:00 hrs on 30th December, 2016 (Friday), arrive/depart Guntakal at 04:30/05:40 hrs on the next day and arrive Tirupati at 10:30 hrs.
(b) Vasco Da Gama – Hyderabad Special Express Train :
Train No.07022 Vasco-Da-Gama - Hyderabad special train will depart Vasco-Da-Gama at 16:00 hrs on 30th December, 2016 (Friday) arrive/depart Guntakal at 04:30/05:00 hrs and arrive Hyderabad at 13:55 hrs on the next day.
The two trains will run as one from Vasco till Guntakal and thereafter split to run as separate trains.
Regular Train Services:
1. Train No. 17419/17420 Tirupati – Vasco - Tirupati Weekly Express
(from 5th January, 2017):
Train No. 17419 Tirupati-Vasco-Da-Gama Express Train will depart Tirupati at 11:30 hrs every Thursday and arrive Vasco-Da-Gama at 06:00 hrs on the next day.
In the opposite direction, Train No. 17420 Vasco-Da-Gama – Tirupati Express Train will depart Vasco-Da-Gama at 09:00 hrs every Friday and arrive Tirupati at 04:00 hrs on the next day.
Enroute, the train will stop at Renigunta, Koduru, Razampet, Cuddapah, Yerraguntla, Muddanuru, Tadipatri, Gooty, Guntakal, Ballary, Thornagallu, Hospet, Munirabad, Koppal, Gadag, Annigeri, Hubballi, Dharwad, Alanavar, Londa, Castle Rock, Kulem, Sanverdem and Magaon stations in both directions.
2. Train No. 17021/17022 Hyderabad - Vasco Da Gama- Hyderabad Weekly Express (from 5th January, 2017)::
Train No. 17021 Hyderabad-Vasco-Da-Gama Express will depart Hyderabad at 09:20 hrs every Thursday and arrive Vasco-Da-Gama at 06:00 hrs on the next day.
In the opposite direction, Train No. 17022 Vasco Da Gama – Hyderabad Express Train will depart Vasco-Da-Gama at 09:00 hrs every Friday and arrive Hyderabad at 07:40 hrs on the next day.
Enroute, the train will stop at Secunderabad, Kacheguda, Shadnagar, Mahbubnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool City, Dhone, Guntakal, Ballary, Thornagallu, Hospet, Munirabad, Koppal, Gadag, Annigeri, Hubballi, Dharwad, Alanavar, Londa, Castle Rock, Kulem, Sanverdem and Magaon stations in both directions.
*All the above trains (inaugural and regular services) consist of 10 coaches viz.. one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, three Sleeper Class, three General Second Class and two Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.
*Train No. 17419 Tirupati-Vasco and Train No. 17021 Hyderabad-Vasco will be amalgamated at Guntakal and will run as one train as Train No. 17419 from Guntakal to Vasco-Da-Gama.
In the return direction, Train No. 17420 will run as single train from Vasco till Guntakal and will split as Train Nos. 17420 Vasco-Tirupati and Train No. 17022 Vasco-Hyderabad expresses respectively.
