Actually this is a logical decision by the Railways. Quotas for intermediate stations like RLWL and RSWL have very less probability of being confirm, especially for trains of North-Eastern Sector.
This rajdhani is for dibrugarh people now. Railway should start new Guwahati rajdhani now.
Then in that case Railways should run a PUNCTUAL train from NJP/NCB to NDLS, which can reach NDLS on time..
At this time only Rajdhani is only hope/useful train for NFR passengers who wish to travel on time to Delhi..

Actually for reaching ndls ontime. Train shldnt touch ncr as it will make supercongested ncr worst. .via mb is good.
Rajdhani is dedicated service for it state. Agreed but the stations where it halts should also be given a chance. Similar concept of Duronto is tried tested and failed concept. Already DBRT is one of the most economic losses rajdhani, remember the report which shared earnings of 5 trains. Not a wise decisions at all. No question of monopoly of any one zone or section.
