LHB_for_18047~ 10661 blog postsNR should make this train run till VSG. Can be easily done also Vasco will get a fast connection to New Delhi and we won't have to depend on Goa express which takes around 9 hours extra.
Also its RSA partner MAO ERS extension to Vasco will fulfill the long pending demand of a dedicated train to Kerala from Vasco.
Yesterday I tweeted the same to Rail Ministry they have forwarded it now waiting for appropriate reply.

Yes 2 or 3. If the 3rd one is occupied by spare coaches then the 3rd platform is used. Got it now only 9 tracks but I think more than enough for Goa SK extension as its just biweekly and NR rake. Question is it's RSA partner is a KR train. But RM said VSG CAPE train is feasible so in place of this MAO ERS new biweekly can be started from Vasco to CAPE with either SWR or SR rake.
If KR not ready to give than let them run as it is but Goa SK is badly needed as Goa express running with just 17 coaches and that taking 9 hours more.
