22376 SRC WAP4 hauls 02504 Kamakhya Bangalore Cantt Humsafar Express on its inagural run. This is the second Humsafar and the first to have a Pantry Car.
Humsafar trains were announced in the 2016 Rail Budget. It has all 3-tier AC Coaches, like Garib Rath but lacks the side middle berth and has LHB Coaches, unlike Garib Raths which have ICF Coaches. Thus, providing safer journey. This train has extra facilities like Coffee, Tea and Milk vending machine, CCTV surveillance, LED display screens giving information about its run, Braille script to refer to berth numbers, side lower berth's charging facility, newly designed curtains with Humsafar printed on them and colourful berths. And all new livery.
