Yes when 12423 was diverted via PPTA the first thing which came to my mind & I posted here too is the BCA HJP section & not the Ganga Pool.. Even via Rajendra Pool Rajdhani used to cover BJU PNBE in 2 hrs but via PPTA now its taking 4-5 hrs & thus DBRT Raj punctuality is grossly affected.
