They are 3coaches total 216 berths so 74 berths for vsg and Hubli together where are the rest quotas tatkal RAC how many are allotted.
Techically just 32only out of 74 after if paxs book more tkts like 33,34,35, etc vsg to ubl then it will benift ubl to tpty paxs since ubl to tpty is 32 seats those extra seats will be alloted to ubl chart paxs
