Update of user profile
I am from Malaysia. I had already booked two tickets two weeks ago. I need to book another two tickets or more for my upcoming India tour/pilgrimage. The problem is I cannot print my ticket and enter irctc website as I cannot update my user profile without an Indian mobile number. In fact I had provided my friends h/p No in India but I cannot update without the verification code. Please can someone in India help me to Update and activate my account. Thank you

Try to approach an authorized IRCTC Agent. You can find a list of some to the right of this page.

I did send the query in the morning but due to slow upload I thought That my query did not reach Indiarailinfo.
