Look bro if KR proposes a train it starts from Madgaon this train will serve Vasco, Madgaon as well as SVM.
So still better than KR proposal for the citizens of Goa.
Also not all hope is lost Track Doubling of Hospet Vasco is put on fast track expected to be completed in 4 years.
