sir when i will have to file TDR its a tatkal ticket from LKO in shramjeevi
just now i tried filling TDR it says
Cancellation is allowed till 30 minute before schedule departure of train. Beyond that time TDR may be file as per refund rule. Please refer railway refund rules.
