It is not possible to get Aywhere to AnyWhere general ticket practically at all Railway booking counters.

Example 1- I denied ticket to Darbhanga at Raxaul via MFP-SPJ as system was not configured for issuing such via ticket.Direct train was also not available for DBG from RXL on this route so i was forced to buy RXL-SPJ ticket only.(Please note All mentioned stations are in Same zone/Div).
Example 2- IR has almost 63000 km route KM network so suppose if some one buys Guwahti to Mariyani GN ticket at Coimbatore
*the system will not issue this ticket at Coimbatore (but the same can be issued at almost all NFR GN ticket counters).
**Journey Not Possible in practical terms
*** But if Some one requests SBC-MAS-SBC UTS ticket yes system will issue without any second thought.
