Yes. A great relief for train passengers.
But not so much for road users. Because when I saw the flyover, as is my habit when I travelled this section 3 years ago, a lot of trucks from BEL side to Gorguntepalya side had stopped. I thought maybe they are testing the strength of flyover by parking trucks on the flyover on one side first. But as the train approached the railway gate, I noticed no traffic from BEL side, just from Gorguntepalya side held up by traffic policemen. That's when I realised that it was not testing but the flyover has been opened in one direction and it was the traffic jam that was so bad that even the new flyover...
