Here are some things that I can randomly think of:
1. All the brags by Mr Prabhu, of what he did and how this year was, yet better than previous years. All positive data and show offs; even if it means of using fake NTES updates to show off 'good' punctuality data.
2. All kinds of assurance in 'words' of how his team is working on better facilities and amenities of passengers.
